Headland Developments Limited, in association with Sniper Capital Limited, proudly announces the naming of The Fountainside, a new niche, luxury residential property currently under development in Macau’s distinguished Penha Hill district.
The project name is inspired by the nearby Lilau Square, which was previously a principal source of water for Macau’s first settlers 500 years ago. Lilau Square is a major destination on Macau’s heritage trail and is surrounded by Portuguese style buildings epitomising the city’s unique architectural character.
The Fountainside is situated in “The Historic Centre of Macao”, which was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2005 to reflect its colourful blend of Chinese and Portuguese architecture. Headland Developments will preserve this traditional streetscape by retaining and blending the original façade into the overall development design.

Once completed, The Fountainside will feature an eight-storey apartment block accommodating 42 top-quality villas and apartments. The development will be targeted towards Macau residents wishing to upgrade to a premier property in a centrally located neighbourhood.
