The award ceremony is held today at the Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel. Winning developments were nominated by the public and selected by a professional judging panel, chaired by Mr. Georg Chmiel, the Chief Executive Officer of iProperty Group.
Winners were chosen by a panel of judges from various international professional institutions and the iProperty Group. Competing projects were judged and honored according to a range of criteria including architectural design, amenity, construction material, innovation, location, special features and use of space.
